What You'll Do11
- 1Lead a small installation crew through residential and commercial concrete coating projects
- 2Review each job site and evaluate concrete condition to determine preparation needs
- 3Oversee surface preparation coating application cleanup and final quality checks
- 4Ensure projects meet company standards for appearance durability safety and workmanship
- 5Communicate professionally with homeowners project managers and customer contacts
- 6Review project expectations with customers answer questions and assist with contract completion
- 7Maintain job sites tools equipment and installation trailers clean and organized
- 8Travel to local project sites throughout Nashville area with occasional longer distance assignments
- 9Work overtime or Monday through Saturday as required by project schedules
- 10Take ownership of job-site decisions crew performance and customer satisfaction
- 11Evaluate concrete conditions and adjust installation plans when necessary
Requirements11
- 1Hands-on experience in flooring concrete coatings construction or similar skilled trades
- 2Ability to lead train and hold a small crew accountable
