Align with Banking Platform Architecture and product roadmap while delivering secure, scalable solutions. Drive innovation and modernization across cloud, data, and API domains.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and guide a high performing engineering organization across multiple teams
- 2Design and maintain alignment with Banking Platform Architecture and security standards
- 3Partner with architects and engineers to influence technical strategy and cloud readiness
- 4Own the end to end software development lifecycle from design to deployment
- 5Scale and modernize credit decisioning and risk platforms to support consumer banking
- 6Drive continuous improvement, accountability, and agile DevOps practices
- 7Collaborate with Product Managers to shape roadmap and deliver measurable business value
- 8Mentor engineers, conduct peer reviews, and strengthen code quality and architecture
- 9Escalate and remove roadblocks to keep moderate to high risk deliverables on track
Requirements9
- 16+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 23+ years of Management experience
- 33+ years of Application development experience
- 4Experience with Microservices architectural patterns
- 5Strong knowledge of credit risk decisioning systems
- 6Experience with Agile practices and Jira/Confluence
- 7Ability to communicate with senior leadership
- 8Experience working in a matrix organization
- 9Experience with cloud readiness and data strategies
