As a CPR Instructor you will own the delivery of certification classes at 200+ locations, from lesson prep to final evaluation. You will work on weekends with a flexible schedule, managing your own equipment. What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver AHA and ARC CPR/BLS training sessions to individuals and groups at assigned locations.
- 2Demonstrate proper CPR and AED techniques, ensuring students master life-saving procedures.
- 3Evaluate student performance and provide clear feedback throughout the course.
- 4Ensure all students meet certification requirements for BLS or CPR credentials.
- 5Maintain and manage your own training equipment, including at least three manikin sets.
- 6Follow applicable AHA and ARC course standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- 7Provide a professional learning experience for students and clients, adapting to different experience levels.
- 8Prepare lesson plans that meet course objectives and certification needs.

- 1Hold a valid CPR Instructor Certification, with AHA BLS Instructor or ARC CPR/BLS Instructor accepted.
- 2Possess strong knowledge of CPR and AED procedures.
- 3Demonstrate clear communication and teaching skills in a classroom setting.
- 4Show ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain student engagement.
- 5Proven organizational skills to manage schedules and equipment.
- 6Reliable time-management skills to handle multiple sessions and locations.
- 7Ability to work with students of different experience levels, from novices to professionals.
- 8Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 9Capable of physically demonstrating CPR and AED skills during class.
