In this role, you'll drive sales of Qunol and Zena supplements at the Paradise Valley Costco, engaging members directly. You'll own the demo table, build product awareness, and hit daily sales targets. As part of a lean team, you'll manage your shift independently, with support from Direct Demo and CDS. This part-time position offers performance bonuses and flexible 3-day schedules, ideal for those seeking supplemental income.
What You'll Do8
- 1Approach Costco members and pitch Qunol and Zena supplements, highlighting benefits like Liquid CoQ10 and Turmeric.
- 2Deliver live product demonstrations, showcasing features and value of Supergreens and other items.
- 3Meet daily sales quotas, tracking units sold to secure bonus payouts.
- 4Set up and maintain the demo station, including inventory tracking and product display upkeep.
- 5Adhere to Direct Demo, CDS, and Costco policies at all times.
- 6Lift and carry up to 30 lbs repeatedly, including a 2' x 4' folding table and product boxes.
- 7Stand for extended periods and work independently without direct supervision.
- 8Check manager messages regularly for schedule updates and join paid compliance calls.
Requirements8
- 11+ year in direct sales or customer-facing roles, with proven ability to close.
- 2Outgoing personality and strong verbal communication to engage strangers.
- 3Comfort with email and basic mobile device operations for scheduling and reporting.
- 4Physical ability to stand for hours and lift 30 lbs multiple times per shift.
- 5Reliable transportation to the Paradise Valley Costco location.
- 6Flexibility to work 10am-5pm shifts, including weekends for bonus days.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
- 8Must provide a current resume and answer all screening questions.
