What You'll Do11
- 1Build and support integrated communications plans for marketing partnerships and community programs
- 2Design editorial calendars and publish daily updates across Blackhawks.com and mobile app
- 3Translate strategic direction into tactical deliverables including timelines and content needs
- 4Coordinate cross‑functional workflows with marketing social content and corporate teams
- 5Maintain brand voice and tone across all channels and support documentation improvements
- 6Draft and edit press releases media advisories and digital content
- 7Own day‑to‑day editorial publishing and updates for owned platforms
- 8Partner with senior coordinator to align content calendars for web and app experiences
- 9Manage CMS platforms ensuring SEO formatting and user experience optimization
- 10Support media relations by distributing press materials and coordinating events
- 11Monitor media coverage and social conversations to provide reporting insights
Requirements8
- 11–2 years experience in public relations communications or related field
- 2Bachelor’s degree in communications journalism or marketing
- 3Exceptional written verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- 4Strong organizational abilities and project management experience
- 5Familiarity with social media platforms digital content systems and media monitoring tools
