You own the delivery experience for Insomnia Cookies' Miami U store, bringing warm cookies, milk, and ice cream to fans within a 2-mile radius. You are the face of the brand on the road, using the Insomnia delivery app for every order. You check orders for accuracy before they leave the store, and deliver with a focus on safety and customer interaction. This role offers daily pay, flexible part-time hours, and free cookies with every shift.
What You'll Do8
- 1Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store, ensuring correct items and packaging.
- 2Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers within a 2-mile radius using the Insomnia delivery app for route guidance and status updates.
- 3Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction in-person or by phone.
- 4Use the Insomnia delivery app to approved company standards, updating order status in real time for customers.
- 5Maintain your own vehicle, ensuring valid registration, insurance, and a clean driving record for safe deliveries.
- 6Confirm delivery addresses and follow traffic laws while delivering in a timely and safe fashion.
- 7Handle cash and card payments securely during delivery, and reconcile daily earnings through the app.
- 8Communicate with store staff to coordinate order handoffs and report any delivery issues promptly.
Requirements7
- 1Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
- 2Must have your own car, valid driver's license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
- 3Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check.
- 4Must have a smartphone with a data plan for the Insomnia delivery app.
- 5Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- 6Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- 7Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
