Requirements10
- 11+ years of dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility.
- 2Must hold a sanitation certificate.
- 3High school education or equivalent.
- 4Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and hygienic methods.
- 5Ability to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
- 6Knowledge of dietary procedures and restrictions.
- 7Sincere desire to work with elders and individuals with limited self-care capacity.
- 8Mental and physical capacity to perform job functions with or without accommodations.
- 9Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- 10Transportation accessible to enable schedule flexibility.
