Overview
The Full-Time Conversion Technician supports stadium conversions for all events at Allegiant Stadium. This role involves installing and removing synthetic turf SEDA Seating and Stageright decking systems while operating machinery safely. The position requires overseeing loading dock logistics training laborers and maintaining equipment inventory. It offers unique opportunities to work with world-class venues and diverse teams.
What You'll Do12
- 1Assist with event setup and breakdown including furniture fixture and equipment installation
- 2Install and maintain synthetic turf and SEDA Seating systems
- 3Operate stadium owned equipment following safety protocols
- 4Manage equipment inventory and storage for conversion materials
- 5Train PT laborers in conversion tasks and operational equipment use
- 6Coordinate deliveries using Notify software and schedule appointments
- 7Support loading dock operations and package handling
- 8Follow instructions in English and execute tasks under supervision
- 9Lift carry and manipulate objects up to 75 pounds regularly
- 10Stand for extended periods while performing conversion duties
- 11Work independently and collaboratively within fast-paced environments
- 12Maintain safe working conditions in noisy or temperature extreme settings
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21-2 years relevant work experience
- 3Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- 4Strong English comprehension and instruction following
- 5Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
