Construction Trainee, Home Improvement Installations
Overview
Own hands-on training role supporting safe installations in bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors at multiple locations. Join a technology-driven remodeling leader with 40+ locations and 3,000+ teammates. Work on-site in Baltimore with a Monday-Friday schedule starting 6:30 AM. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform safe demos of existing baths and showers
- 2Install new tubs or pan, wall surrounds, and update plumbing as needed
- 3Travel from warehouse to customer sites and greet clients
- 4Clean up work areas thoroughly and protect customer homes
- 5Collect paperwork and payment and return to the warehouse
Requirements6
- 1Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or a strong desire to learn
- 2Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- 3Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 4Must have a valid smartphone or device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication
- 5Ability to arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM and operate in a team environment
- 6Two-factor authentication readiness required
