Overview
Own door-to-door canvassing for a multi-state roofing company across WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL. Identify roofing issues, speak with homeowners, and schedule free inspections. What You'll Do8
- 1Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify visible roofing issues and document findings.
- 2Engage homeowners in conversations about roofing conditions and schedule Free Roof Inspections.
- 3Follow daily canvassing routes and report lead generation metrics to the field team.
- 4Own the first 90 days by completing training and hitting weekly inspection scheduling targets.
- 5Represent the company with professionalism while walking door-to-door in residential areas.
- 6Coordinate with the inspection team to confirm appointment details and homeowner availability.
- 7Track outreach results in CRM tools and refine pitch based on homeowner objections.
- 8Assist in training and managing new canvassers as you advance in the role.
Requirements6
- 11+ year in field marketing, canvassing, or door-to-door sales management.
- 2Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and speaking with strangers.
- 3Strong verbal communication and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- 4Reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods across the metro area.
- 5Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during canvassing shifts.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent; prior roofing knowledge not required.
