- 2Have reliable transportation
- 32 years community health care experience
- 4Proficiency with CRM technology

- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Experience with Medicare populations
- 8Familiarity with urban/rural healthcare resources
- 9GED acceptable
- 10Valid driver's license required
