- 5Lead quality initiatives and uphold safety protocols throughout patient interactions

- 8Mentor new hires and contribute to unit committees and policy reviews
- 9Manage budget constraints by optimizing resource use and suggesting cost‑effective solutions
Requirements7
- 1Graduate degree in nursing with current Massachusetts licensure
- 2Six months pediatric nursing experience preferred
- 3Recent ambulatory clinic and telephone triage experience required
- 4Six months experience with adult patients and community health settings
- 5Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- 6Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and function under pressure
- 7Strong analytical thinking and observational skills for patient assessment
