What You'll Do9
- 1Expert Troubleshooting: Identify repair and replacement needs with precision
- 2System Installation & Maintenance: Install repair and upgrade diverse HVAC systems
- 3Equipment Commissioning: Start and commission AHUs fans pumps and Air Handling Units
- 4Technical Proficiency: Use instruments to measure static pressure voltage amperage and CFM
- 5Routine Maintenance: Execute comprehensive servicing including filter changes belt sheaves compressors and motors
- 6Professional Communication: Engage customers and office staff effectively
- 7Documentation & Organization: Complete daily paperwork accurately
- 8Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety regulations and defensive driving practices
- 9Availability: Support 24/7 on-call rotations flexibly
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 5-10 years HVAC industry experience
- 2Proficiency in refrigerant piping evacuation and charging
- 3Understanding of control systems wiring thermostats and devices
- 4Valid EPA Universal Certification for refrigerants
- 5Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- 6Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- 7Driver’s License Required
- 8EPA Universal Certification Required
- 95+ years commercial HVAC service experience
