Overview
Leapros Skilled Trades seeks a qualified Commercial Electrician in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves installing bending removing conduit interpreting blueprints and maintaining electrical systems. This position offers 50+ hours weekly with opportunities to work independently and as part of a team.
What You'll Do5
- 1Install bend and remove conduit to accommodate wiring needs
- 2Interpret and work from blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams
- 3Pull electrical wiring through conduit and connect to circuit breakers transformers and outlets
- 4Install maintain and repair electrical systems including conduit lighting fixtures panels transformers switches and motors
- 5Own and scale electrical projects within the organization
Requirements9
- 1Proven experience in commercial electrical installations supported by an apprenticeship or equivalent background
- 2Knowledge of National Electrical Code NEC standards
- 3Physical capability to talk hear sit stand bend stoop stretch twist use hands and/or reach out for prolonged periods
- 4Manual dexterity good sense of balance and excellent hand-eye coordination
- 5Ability to climb stairs ladders and poles while being physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits
- 6Exposure to inclement weather conditions and working around wood dust fumes heights and loud noises
- 7Ability to see color to discern color-coded wiring
- 8Capacity to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- 9Awareness of OSHA safety standards
Salary Insight
$62 - $75k per year
