What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process from drop‑off to delivery
- 2Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners following manufacturer and company guidelines
- 3Partner with insurers to manage claims and enhance customer experience
- 4Communicate repair progress updates to maintain transparency
- 5Coordinate with technicians to verify damage identification
- 6Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery
- 7Maintain high customer satisfaction scores as per company standards
- 8Conduct background checks and uphold company policies
- 9Demonstrate integrity respect and accountability in all interactions
- 10Provide clear written phone and in‑person communication
- 11Develop innovative solutions to improve business processes
Requirements11
- 1Minimum age 18 years
- 2Valid driver’s license required
- 3Ability to convey information clearly in writing phone and face‑to‑face
- 4Prior collision estimating experience preferred
- 5Familiarity with CCC1 estimating system
- 6I‑CAR or ASE certification preferred
- 7Strong organizational skills
- 8Successful background check completion
- 9Physical stamina to stand walk and lift up to 20 pounds
- 10Close, peripheral and focusing vision abilities
- 11Commitment to safety and quality standards
