Overview
We seek a compassionate CNA to support residents at Highland Hills Post Acute in Pittsburgh. You will assist with daily living activities while collaborating with nursing staff to maintain high standards of care. What You'll Do9
- 1Provide direct care assisting residents with activities of daily living
- 2Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident needs to nursing supervisors
- 3Participate in weekly staff meetings to discuss patient care plans
- 4Support medication administration under RN supervision
- 5Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and empathy
- 6Follow established protocols for infection control and safety procedures
- 7Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings and nights
- 8Utilize electronic health records efficiently
- 9Engage in continuing education opportunities within our network
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3BCBA certification preferred
- 4PayActiv payment system
- 5HSA and FSA accounts
- 6401k with employer match

- 8Valid CNA license in Pennsylvania
- 9Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
