What You'll Do5
- 1Independently manage clinical trial portfolios through start-up and activation phases ensuring accuracy compliance and timely greenlight
- 2Build and review CTMS/EMR study records with minimal oversight performing detailed quality reviews to resolve discrepancies
- 3Own study progress reporting providing regular updates on timelines barriers and progress for leadership presentations
- 4Mentor junior staff through knowledge sharing and partner with investigators to resolve operational challenges
- 5Execute other duties as assigned to support departmental goals
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or four years relevant experience required
- 2Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Science Business or related field preferred
- 3Experience in Clinical Research Operations with proven competency in CTMS/EMR builds study start-up or research business operations
- 4Required license and certification such as ACRP-CP CCRC or CCRP
- 5Two years independent management of study start-up activities quality reviews and status reports for leadership
