What You'll Do8

  • 1Coordinate daily study activities, including scheduling and participant management.
  • 2Prepare study documentation and handle regulatory compliance under FDA guidelines.
  • 3Administer study procedures and collect data using CTMS systems.
  • 4Monitor study progress and report results to the lead scientist.
  • 5Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance per protocol.
  • 6Manage inventory of study supplies and biological samples.
  • 7Collaborate with the lab team to execute study timelines efficiently.
  • 8Document adverse events and escalate issues promptly.

Requirements7

  • 11-2 years experience in clinical research coordination.
  • 2Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines.
  • 3Strong attention to detail in data collection and documentation.
  • 4Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
  • 5Ability to work 8-hour shifts with flexibility for 12-hour days.
  • 6Experience in cosmetic or consumer product testing is preferred.
  • 7Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline.
