Clinical Research Coordinator, Neurology - LA Area & Onsite Phlebotomy Focus
Overview
Own clinical trial coordination for neurology studies at a Fullerton onsite site with direct interaction with investigators and subjects. You will manage visits, data integrity, and compliance for trials at scale, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain accurate study records and EDC data ensuring ALCOA data integrity
- 2Coordinate protocol visits, adverse event reporting, and informed consent with subjects and caregivers
- 3Communicate protocol changes and recruitment strategies with principal and sub investigators
- 4Perform protocol-specified visits, collect lab samples, ECGs, vitals, and administer assessments
- 5Obtain and review medical histories, medication changes, and compliance information
- 6Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy of PHI across study activities
- 7Monitor inventory and accountability of investigational products and temperature control
- 8Instruct subjects on investigational product use and diary completion
- 9Screen potential subjects using IRB approved telephone questionnaires
- 10Reach out to healthcare professionals to inform them of available research opportunities
Requirements9
- 1Some college experience required
- 2Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 3Minimum 6 months of clinical research experience
- 4Preference for candidates with more than 12 months experience
- 5Preference for experience in phlebotomy
- 6Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders including subjects and investigators
- 7Strong organization and confidentiality skills
- 8Comfort with delivering compassionate patient service
- 9Onsite Fullerton CA role with standard 8-5 schedule, extra hours as needed
