- 1Assist and coordinate referral and pre-admission processes with proper documentation

- 5Communicate facility details and program expectations to patients and families
- 6Offer tours of rehabilitation programs as needed
- 7Notify referral sources of admission decisions promptly
- 8Coordinate transitions from referring facilities to rehabilitation
- 9Establish contacts with physicians and consultants for timely admissions
- 10Complete educational services with healthcare professionals
- 11Maintain reports on referrals admissions denials and census
Requirements10
- 1Degree from an accredited school and licensed in a health-care related field
- 2Minimum of two years of clinical experience with assessment and marketing skills
- 3Two years experience in acute care or rehab preferred
- 4Professional knowledge in physician relations and insurance interfacing
- 5Extensive knowledge of local provider and medical communities
- 6Good communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with others
- 7Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- 8Current Florida nursing physical therapy occupational therapy speech therapy respiratory therapist or LCSW license
- 9Valid Florida driver's license
- 10Minimum of five years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
