What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and validate laboratory procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree from accredited institution with ASCP BOC or AMT MT certification
- 2English language proficiency confirmed through coursework or grandfathering provision
- 3GS-11 experience equivalent to previous grade level or advanced graduate education
- 4Knowledge of clinical laboratory science principles and quality assurance procedures
- 5Ability to operate laboratory equipment and interpret complex data independently
- 6Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions
- 7Background check and security clearance authorization required
- 8Commitment to public interest evaluation during trial period
- 9Proficiency in written and spoken English for all duties
- 10Experience with VA healthcare systems preferred
- 11Physical ability to work night shifts and adhere to safety protocols
