Requirements10
- 15+ years customer service experience
- 2Automotive industry background preferred
- 3Strong understanding of automotive parts and repair processes
- 4Proficiency with Windows-based software applications
- 5Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- 6Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 7Active listening empathy and teamwork abilities
