What You'll Do9

  • 1Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering calls and acting as a professional gatekeeper
  • 2Create an exceptional client scheduling experience and coordinate meetings efficiently

  • 4Follow up with clients regarding service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • 5Process simple trades and money movement requests
  • 6Support account maintenance and client service workflows
  • 7Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
  • 8Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and internal processes
  • 9Collaborate with advisors and team members to support the overall success of the practice

Requirements5

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Industry licensing requirements including SIE Series 7 Series 66 Insurance licensing
  • 3Background check completion
  • 4Prior client service experience in financial services
  • 5Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
