What You'll Do9
- 1Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering calls and acting as a professional gatekeeper
- 2Create an exceptional client scheduling experience and coordinate meetings efficiently
- 3Prepare client meeting materials and assist with meeting preparation
- 4Follow up with clients regarding service requests and ensure timely resolution
- 5Process simple trades and money movement requests
- 6Support account maintenance and client service workflows
- 7Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
- 8Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and internal processes
- 9Collaborate with advisors and team members to support the overall success of the practice
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Industry licensing requirements including SIE Series 7 Series 66 Insurance licensing
- 3Background check completion
- 4Prior client service experience in financial services
- 5Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
