What You'll Do9
- 1Safely transport equipment to and from customer locations and company facilities
- 2Operate company vehicles in compliance with all DOT and DMV regulations
- 3Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment and vehicle safety
- 4Load secure transport and unload equipment using proper procedures
- 5Provide basic equipment operation demonstrations to customers when needed
- 6Complete delivery paperwork driver logs permits and transportation records accurately
- 7Perform routine vehicle maintenance and minor repairs when appropriate
- 8Plan efficient routes and maintain delivery schedules
- 9Participate in the DOT drug and alcohol testing program
Requirements6
- 1Valid California Class A Driver's License
- 2Current DMV Medical Certificate
- 3High school diploma or GED
- 4At least one year of driving experience or equivalent training
- 5Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- 6Forklift certification is a plus but not required
