Overview

What You'll Do6
- 1Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse
- 2Accurately document medication administration and resident responses
- 3Observe residents for side effects and report adverse reactions
- 4Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene and mobility support
- 5Maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- 6Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Requirements5
- 1Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
