As Center Manager, you own daily operations at OrangeTwist, a medspa with 24 locations and 7 treatment types, driving revenue and team performance. You lead a staff of estheticians and nurses, ensuring top guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. With a compensation range of $150k-$250k, this role blends business acumen with a people-first culture, backed by an exceptional eNPS of 75. What You'll Do10
- 1Drive center revenue to exceed company goals and KPIs from day one, using sales strategies and team motivation.
- 2Direct guest experience standards, from check-in to treatment room comfort, resolving issues to ensure loyalty.
- 3Build and implement programs that boost guest satisfaction and streamline front office workflows.
- 4Lead daily team operations, setting clear expectations, recognizing achievements, and correcting performance gaps.
- 5Train staff on product and service sales to meet profitability targets, holding each team member accountable.
- 6Submit staff schedules and hours to the Regional Director, controlling payroll and ensuring full center coverage.
- 7Develop and refine operational systems, covering supply ordering, inventory, security, and equipment upkeep.
- 8Partner with vendors and clinical teams to schedule education workshops and maintain staff certifications.
- 9Host events and leverage marketing tools to attract new clients and grow center visibility.
- 10Comply with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including licensure for estheticians, NPs, PAs, and RNs.
Requirements8
- 12+ years experience as a Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role.
- 22+ years in a leadership position, guiding teams to meet goals.
- 31+ year in a medspa or similar clinical environment (preferred).
- 4College degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5Proven ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and KPIs.
- 6Strong conflict resolution and guest recovery skills.
- 7Knowledge of OSHA regulations and clinical compliance.
- 8Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including 4 weekend days monthly.
