What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain reliable relationships with shippers and carriers
- 2Design and execute shipping plans to meet tight deadlines
- 3Own and manage dry van reefer and flatbed operations
- 4Ship cargo using knowledge of regulations and best practices
- 5Drive large trucks safely and adhere to DOT standards
- 6Solve complex routing problems in real time
- 7Maintain accurate records and documentation
- 8Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- 9Implement safety protocols on every trip
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing heavy equipment
- 38+ months OTR experience for dry van
- 41+ year OTR experience for reefer
- 51+ year OTR flatbed experience
- 6Experience securing and hauling flatbed freight
- 7Oversized load experience preferred
- 8Good driving and safety record
- 9Valid CDL-A required
