What You'll Do10
- 1Build pre trip and post trip inspections and verify vehicle readiness
- 2Deliver freight on time within the Tolleson, AZ radius
- 3Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation for compliance
- 4Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers to coordinate loads
- 5Support safe driving practices and adherence to DOT requirements
- 6Partner with operations to ensure viable backhaul opportunities
- 7Monitor and report vehicle issues or delays to maintenance and supervision
- 8Adhere to safety, transport, and regulatory standards at all times
- 9Practice vehicle and load security to protect cargo
- 10Maintain clean driving record and professional demeanor
Requirements10
- 1Valid CDL Class A license
- 2120 hours minimum from a recognized Class A truck driving school
- 3Clean motor vehicle record and successful background checks
- 4Ability to pass a DOT drug screen including urine and hair follicle tests
- 5Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- 6Recent experience as Class A driver (local, regional, or OTR)
- 7Ability to operate within a 250 mile radius of Tolleson, AZ
- 8Comfort with daily home time and steady pay structure
