What You'll Do8
- 1Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your assigned Class A vehicle
- 2Deliver intermodal and container freight on time across Portland-area routes
- 3Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation using electronic logging devices
- 4Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers on route updates
- 5Handle container pickups and drop-offs at rail yards and customer sites
- 6Secure cargo and inspect containers for damage before transport
- 7Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations on every shift
- 8Return home daily after completing assigned night runs
Requirements8
- 1Valid Class A CDL license
