What You'll Do11
- 1Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
- 2Log and maintain food temperatures
- 3Arrange tables and decorations
- 4Serve food and beverages to guests
- 5Thoroughly clean location after event completion
- 6Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility
- 7Distribute and collect customer comment cards
- 8Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products
- 9Ensure guests receive friendly courteous service
- 10Follow safety and sanitation policies
- 11Perform other duties as assigned
