Caregiver, In-Home Support & Personal Care
Overview
You'll own client independence and comfort in their own homes, providing personal care, mobility support, and companionship at 15-18/hr in the Tampa area. What You'll Do6
- 1Help clients stay independent and comfortable in their own homes with personal care assistance.
- 2Support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises to maintain physical function.
- 3Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding to meet dietary needs.
- 4Keep up with light household needs to create a safe, clean environment.
- 5Offer companionship and respite for family members to provide emotional support.
- 6Adapt care approach based on client preferences and changing health conditions within your training.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED.
- 2Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Lakeland area.
- 3CPR certification (required).
- 4Level 2 background clearance (required).
- 5A genuine passion for helping others live their best lives.
- 6Experience as an in-home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus, not a must.
