Overview
We seek a skilled Caregiver CNA to provide brief specialized visits for seniors in Chicago. This role offers set schedules with guaranteed hours and competitive pay starting at $18/hr for caregivers and $19/hr for CNAs. What You'll Do5
- 1Design and execute 15‑minute to 60‑minute visits focused on ADLs like grooming bathing mobility toileting dressing and meal support
- 2Maintain accurate client records and communicate updates to families and care teams
- 3Adhere to safety protocols and perform background checks as required
- 4Collaborate with nursing staff for ongoing support and training
- 5Travel within designated service areas to meet client needs
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 1‑year professional caregiving experience with seniors
- 2Availability for at least three consecutive days including one weekend day
- 3Ability to work 12‑hour shifts between 7am‑7pm or 8am‑8pm
- 4Valid U.S. work authorization and eligibility through IDPH Caregiver Registry
- 5Passion for compassionate care and strong communication skills
