Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Medical licensing required for direct patient care roles
- 3Certified caregiver status preferred but not mandatory
- 4Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- 5Valid driver's license for transportation duties
- 6Background check and reference verification
- 7English proficiency for resident interactions
- 8Experience with memory care best practices
- 9Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy standards
