What You'll Do9
- 1Build rapport with customers through friendly service and product demonstrations
- 2Replenish and merchandise floor stock to maintain clean, well-signed displays
- 3Provide product knowledge training and stay current on advertised sales and promotions
- 4Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restocking as needed
- 5Operate the computerized Point of Sale system and process transactions accurately
- 6Support adherence to company policies and procedures and contribute to a safe, organized work environment
- 7Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up
- 8Identify customer needs and recommend products to drive sales
- 9Maintain a neat work area and effectively communicate with teammates
Requirements5
- 1High School education or equivalent experience
- 2Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
- 3Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- 4Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change
- 5Ability to stand and walk constantly during shift, with occasional ladder use and heavy lifting
