Overview

What You'll Do12

  • 1Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while executing equipment calibration and maintenance
  • 2Perform detailed documentation of all activities to maintain regulatory compliance
  • 3Identify tolerance deviations and implement corrective actions
  • 4Train additional technicians on calibration procedures and best practices
  • 5Prepare chemical test standards using Standard Reference Materials
  • 6Monitor standard viability and recommend corrective measures
  • 7Conduct advanced repairs and modifications to meet specific user needs
  • 8Source replacement parts and prepare requisitions
  • 9Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for maintenance agreements
  • 10Work overtime and handle emergency after-hours equipment requests
  • 11Evaluate cost-saving opportunities through task optimization and vendor management
  • 12Report unusual equipment behavior and initiate appropriate resolutions

Requirements7

  • 1High school diploma or GED with one year related experience or training
  • 2Three or more years of instrumentation and calibration experience
  • 3Working knowledge of FDA regulations GMPs and GLPs
  • 4Valid driver's license
  • 5Ability to interpret technical instructions and provide clear written communication
  • 6Experience with analytical instrumentation and calibration procedures
  • 7Understanding of quality assurance protocols in life sciences environments
