What You'll Do9
- 1Build and ship quarterly release management processes for WOEM across Client and Visa platforms
- 2Design and execute browser desktop and mobile application release strategies
- 3Maintain detailed project plans for all release cycles
- 4Act as subject matter expert driving technical decisions for release ownership
- 5Lead release management dialogues with Product and Technology stakeholders
- 6Scale release operations to support growing user base and transaction volumes
- 7Debug and resolve critical release issues through collaborative troubleshooting
- 8Drive continuous improvement of release processes using data-driven insights
- 9Ship features and fixes aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams in enterprise software environments
- 3AWS Certified preferred for cloud infrastructure expertise
- 4CPC Card certification valued for professional development recognition
- 5BCBA certification beneficial for behavioral analytics roles
