What You'll Do6
- 1Perform routine cleaning of interior spaces including offices restrooms hallways and common areas
- 2Sweep mop vacuum and sanitize floors while emptying trash according to procedures
- 3Disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- 4Dust and wipe furniture fixtures windows and equipment
- 5Report maintenance issues hazards or damages to supervisors immediately
- 6Operate cleaning equipment like floor buffers vacuums and pressure washers
Requirements5
- 1Prior experience in commercial cleaning janitorial services or building maintenance preferred
- 2Knowledge of cleaning chemicals sanitation procedures and safety protocols
- 3Ability to lift bend and stand for extended periods
- 4Reliable punctual self-motivated with strong attention to detail
