Overview
Own patient experience and advise on cannabis products part time at Good Day Farm. Provide a wonderful experience while adhering to policies and ensuring store cleanliness. Process payments with POS system maintain inventory and complete opening closing tasks. Ensure compliance and support team operations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide a wonderful experience for the patient
- 2Advise patients on suitable cannabis products based on needs preferences budgets and reactions to strains
- 3Keep abreast of new cannabis products and industry trends
- 4Process patients payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale system
- 5Ensure store is clean and organized
- 6Educate patients on safe use of selected cannabis products
- 7Weigh package and label cannabis products correctly
- 8Check patient identification documents to verify legal age and credentials
- 9Take inventory of cannabis products and stock sales floor
- 10Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
- 11Maintain compliance with company and state policies
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Proven experience working as a Budtender preferred
- 3Pass background check and receive facility agent card
- 4Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and medicinal benefits
- 5Outstanding organizational skills
- 6Excellent analytical problem solving skills
- 7Effective communication and customer service skills
- 8Ability to work well with team members
- 9Physical ability to stand walk and lift 25 pounds
