- 5Support loss prevention by identifying potential theft and escalating issues appropriately
- 6Develop expertise in book categories merchandise toys and specialty games
- 7Share book knowledge with customers and mentor colleagues on best practices
- 8Assist with café operations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- 9Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation
- 10Maintain schedules fill gaps and demonstrate reliability and flexibility
- 11Collaborate with cluster teams to meet sales goals and support community initiatives
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing retail operations
- 3Proficiency in AWS Certified solutions
- 4Ability to learn educational toys gaming and specialty product categories
- 5Strong communication skills with positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- 6Physical stamina for standing walking and lifting heavy items
- 7Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
