What You'll Do11
- 1Exceed customer service expectations through welcoming interactions and proper phone etiquette
- 2Process vendor invoices with precise coding and reconcile statements against financial records
- 3Maintain accurate vendor files and process payments using multiple methods
- 4Record cash receipts and reconcile prior day registers for timely deposits
- 5Issue general ledger entries and generate management reports as directed
- 6Assist with month-end closing and audit preparations
- 7Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols
- 8Maintain store sanitation by following DFC guidelines and reporting hazards
- 9Foster team collaboration and motivate staff toward shared goals
- 10Operate forklifts electric stackers pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- 11Demonstrate adaptability to changing work demands and environments
Requirements8
- 15+ years bookkeeping experience with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficiency in Sage100 and Excel
- 3Strong communication skills for customer interactions
- 4Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- 5Experience with cooperative business structures and DFC policies
- 6Physical stamina for standing/sitting shifts and lifting 60 pounds
- 7Excellent problem solving and time management abilities
- 8High school diploma or equivalent
