Overview
You'll craft boba drinks and teas for a fast-moving shop in San Francisco, owning every step from drink prep to customer service. You'll join a small team that values speed and quality, with food safety at the core. In your first 90 days, you'll master POS systems, boba cooking, and opening/closing routines, becoming a reliable backbone of daily operations.
What You'll Do6
- 1Create boba drinks and teas from recipes, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- 2Greet customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and process payments via cash or POS.
- 3Cook boba pearls and brew tea bases, plus prep ingredients like fruit and syrups.
- 4Clean and sanitize blenders and sealing machines, wash utensils, mop floors, and manage trash.
- 5Perform opening and closing duties: turn on/off equipment, restock supplies, and lock up.
- 6Coordinate with teammates during rushes and follow food safety and uniform policies.
Requirements6
- 1English proficiency for clear communication with customers and team.
- 2Friendly and adaptable, with a positive 'can-do' approach.
- 3Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions closely.
- 4Strong attention to detail in drink prep and sanitation.
- 5Preferred: Food handlers certificate and previous food service experience.
- 6Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree; leadership qualities a plus.
