Overview
Lead ABA services for children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role requires remote work with one monthly in-person visit. What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- 2Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
- 3Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- 4Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
Requirements5
- 1Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 2Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure
- 3Master's degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- 4Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- 5Flexible schedule with hybrid work arrangement
