- 5Provide direct clinical supervision and quality assurance
- 6Collaborate with families and educators to ensure consistent implementation
- 7Maintain compliance with behavioral ethics standards and documentation requirements
Requirements9
- 1Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- 2Active BCBA certification with current license
- 3Minimum 3 years of post-certification ABA experience
- 4Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 5Strong communication skills for virtual client interactions
- 6Experience with remote therapeutic services and digital platforms
- 7Ability to meet availability requirements during core service hours
- 8Residence in one of Kyo's priority states of operation
- 9Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional workspace
