Board Certified Behavior Analyst Remote
Overview
Remote BCBA providing ABA services to children and families across multiple states. Fluency in English and Spanish required. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and no minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- 2Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
- 3Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- 4Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
Requirements5
- 1Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 2Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- 3Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- 4Fluency in both English and Spanish written and verbal
- 5Strong communication and organizational skills
