- 5Ensure full compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience in applied behavior analysis with proven leadership capabilities
- 2Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related discipline
- 3Current BCBA certification required for employment
- 4Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team mentorship and program development
- 5Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple client caseloads effectively
