Overview
You will own the on-course beverage experience at The Club at Tartan Fields, driving sales and satisfaction for 100+ members daily. You will operate a Yamaha cart stocked with snacks and drinks, working independently across 18 holes. This role combines customer service with outdoor activity, requiring 21+ age for alcohol service. You will shape the club's welcoming atmosphere, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.
What You'll Do8
- 1Serve beverages and snacks to members on the golf course, covering 18 holes per shift.
- 2Make personalized recommendations and inform members about daily specials.
- 3Operate the beverage cart safely around the course, following all traffic rules.
- 4Handle cash and card payments, maintaining accurate transaction records.
- 5Enforce responsible alcohol service, checking IDs for 21+ guests.
- 6Stock the cart before shifts and complete end-of-day inventory counts.
- 7Clean and organize the cart after each round, restocking for the next group.
- 8Build rapport with members to create a fun, welcoming environment.
Requirements7
- 121+ years old to serve alcohol.
- 21+ year customer service experience preferred.
- 3Valid driver's license with clean record.
- 4Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- 5Comfortable working outdoors in heat, rain, or wind.
- 6Basic math skills for cash handling.
- 7Self-motivated with a friendly, outgoing personality.
