Behavior Technician RBT, PT/Contract at First Children Services
Overview
RBT role implementing individualized support plans across multiple settings including schools and homes. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, collecting data and documenting outcomes. After training, permanent placements are assigned, with flexibility to gain diverse clinical experiences. The team collaborates with PA state and regional directors to improve behavioral outcomes.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and deliver individualized treatment plans in 1:1 and group contexts

- 3Support communication, social, and behavioral skills development
- 4Provide interactive therapeutic support to reduce maladaptive behaviors

Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Willingness to complete the RBT curriculum and obtain certification
- 3Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
- 4Comfort with daily documentation using technology
- 5Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- 6Willingness to accept and implement feedback
- 7Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shift
