Requirements10
- 1Master’s degree in ABA psychology special education child development or related field
- 2BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
- 3Strong leadership communication and organization skills
- 42+ years applied behavior analysis experience
- 5Previous work as Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
- 6Ability to sit kneel crouch bend stand for extended periods
- 7Frequent transition between floor and standing positions
- 8Active engagement with children move quickly across environments
- 9Respond appropriately to challenging behaviors implement interventions
- 10Ability to lift move assist children equipment up to 50 pounds
