Own and scale two-man crew installations for KOHLER New Bath Today products across Columbus, delivering consistent weekly workloads and strong craftsmanship. You will manage logistics, install baths, showers, and related fixtures, while maintaining safety and quality standards. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and install Walk-in Baths, Showers, Tubs, Glass Doors, Wall Paneling, Pedestal Vanities, and hardware using carpentry tools
- 2Demonstrate product features at installations to drive customer satisfaction
- 3Follow safety rules, maintain clean job sites, and manage waste and debris removal
- 4Lead a crew on multiple simultaneous jobs, coordinating materials and schedules
- 5Collect payment upon project completion and ensure customer sign-off
- 6Maintain vehicle and trailer cleanliness and organize project tear-offs as needed
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 2 years carpentry experience
- 2Minimum 2 years electrical experience
- 3Minimum 2 years plumbing experience
- 4Must be professional with strong leadership and communication skills
- 5Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass drug-screen
- 6Valid licenses and clean background
- 7US work authorization
- 8Ability to lift heavy materials and work on the road
