Overview
We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our back-of-house operations at Ramsay's Kitchen Boston. This role requires a motivated leader to uphold the Gordon Ramsay brand and deliver world class hospitality standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Execute daily operations while ensuring consistent presentation and guest satisfaction
- 2Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently
- 3Develop deep understanding of drink menu recipes and preparation methods
- 4Offer recommendations based on guest preferences regarding food and drink pairings
- 5Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- 6Manage inventory and restock supplies to maintain popular items availability
- 7Lead a high-performing kitchen team through recruitment development and retention
- 8Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
- 9Multitask and effectively manage relationships across all operational levels
- 10Maintain Hell's Kitchen brand standards and ensure highest food quality levels
- 11Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house talent in a diverse professional environment
Requirements10
- 1Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within fine dining establishments
- 2Proven track record in high-volume restaurant settings
- 3Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- 4Experience with beverage service and menu knowledge
- 5Ability to lead and motivate kitchen teams
- 6Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
- 7Commitment to maintaining high standards of food and beverage service
